**Job Title: Mother Teacher**

Location: Divyapath School, memnagar, Ahmedabad

Shift: Day Shift

The Mother Teacher acts as a mentor, caregiver, and educator for young learners, typically for one class or a small group of students. The role is centered on creating a supportive and loving environment that promotes the holistic development of children. The Mother Teacher takes responsibility for the academic, social, emotional, and physical growth of her students, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Teaching and Learning**:

- Use creative teaching methodologies such as storytelling, hands-on activities, and games to make learning enjoyable and effective.
- Tailor lessons to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students in the class.

**2. Student Care and Development**:

- Build strong, nurturing relationships with students, making them feel supported and valued.
- Monitor and support the emotional, social, and physical development of each child.
- Address individual challenges and needs, providing additional help or resources where necessary.

**3. Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a warm, welcoming, and organized classroom environment.
- Promote positive behavior and resolve conflicts in a patient and constructive manner.
- Encourage teamwork, sharing, and cooperation among students.

**4. Parent-Teacher Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and well-being.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss academic performance, behavior, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure a consistent approach to the child’s development.

**5. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and behavioral observations.
- Prepare and evaluate assignments, tests, and projects.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a related field.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude toward children.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using technology and teaching aids.
- Fluency in English must be required.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in teaching or childcare is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with modern teaching strategies and child psychology.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
