**Job Description: Drone Service Technician Trainer**

**Locations**: Guntur, Ongole, Narsaropet (2 positions per location)

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on drone operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Ensure students gain hands-on experience in handling drones and using related tools.
- Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain training equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in organizing workshops and demonstrations to enhance learning experiences.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Educational Background**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- **Drone Certification**: Certified Drone Pilot with an RPC (Remote Pilot Certificate) license is mandatory.
- Prior experience in skilling projects like **PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NSDC, NGOs, or CSR** is preferred.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting drone hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle a class of up to 40 trainees.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of evolving drone technology and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using simulation software and drone-specific tools.
