**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Mathematics to Higher class students.
- Design and implement lesson plans that align with the IIT curriculum and educational standards.
- Provide individualized attention to students and tailor teaching methods to meet their learning needs.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and tests to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Assist students in preparing for internal and external exams by providing practice problems, mock tests, and review sessions.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters academic growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest syllabus updates, and teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with other teachers and the academic team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents to update them on student progress and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience, preferably in preparing students for IIT
- Strong understanding of the IIT syllabus and exam format.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified and engaging manner.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to student success.
- Experience with teaching online or in-person classes is a plus.
- A teaching certification or related qualifications are a bonus.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
