**Key Skills Required**: _Commercial Interior Fit out ( Need to manage entire interiors like Electrical, Plumbing, AC & Other interior setups), Client Handling, Site Handling, Labour / Vendor Management _

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Design Coordination: Review and coordinate design drawings, specifications, and schedules.

2. Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation, including shop drawings and installation plans.

3. Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and specifications.

4. Material Selection: Select and specify materials, finishes, and equipment for interior fit-out works.

5. Installation Supervision: Supervise and coordinate installation of interior fit-out components, including MEP systems.

6. Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.

7. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction.

Technical Skills:
1. Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

2. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., NBC, ASHRAE).

3. Familiarity with construction methods and materials (e.g., drywall, flooring, ceilings).

4. Strong understanding of MEP systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC).

Soft Skills:
1. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

2. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

3. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

4. Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
