3D QA

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough reviews of 3D models and textures to ensure they meet company standards and client specifications.
- Identify any discrepancies or defects in modeling and texturing and provide detailed feedback to the production team.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with 3D artists, modelers, and texture specialists to communicate quality expectations and resolve any issues.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss quality concerns and suggest improvements to workflows and processes.

**Documentation**:

- Develop and maintain quality assurance checklists and guidelines specific to modeling and texturing.
- Document quality issues and track resolutions to ensure continuous improvement in the production pipeline.

**Testing**:

- Perform visual and technical tests on 3D models and textures using industry-standard software and tools.
- Ensure models are optimized for performance without compromising on quality, particularly in real-time rendering environments.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D modeling and texturing.
- Recommend and implement new quality assurance practices to enhance overall production quality.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D modeling and texturing.
- Strong understanding of 3D asset creation processes, including modeling, UV mapping, texturing, and material setup.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, and texturing tools like Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics and visual quality.
- Ability to critique and provide constructive feedback on 3D models and textures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and resolving quality issues.
