**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors.
- Raise purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of medicines and consumables.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store staff for demand forecasting.
- Maintain purchase records and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams for stock entries.
- Verify invoices and delivery challans for accuracy.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and evaluate their performance.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree (preferred in Pharmacy, Commerce, or related field).
- Experience: 1-3 years in purchase/procurement, preferably in a medical or pharmaceutical setting.
- Knowledge of medicines, surgical items, and medical supplies.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with inventory and billing software (like Marg, Medico, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of drug procurement regulations and GST billing.

**Preferred Attributes**:
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
