Client Servicing Executive

**Syncline Films Pvt. Ltd. **is a leading video production and live streaming service provider with offices in Delhi and Mumbai. We are looking to hire a client servicing executive to partner with our clients to understand their requirements and coordinate with our technical team to help deliver best in Class video livestream/ hybrid events.
**_Qualities that we are looking for: _**
Good communication skills (Spoken and written - Mandatory)
Passionate about technology and people
Detailed-oriented, committed and a customer-focused attitude
**_What you are expected to handle: _**
Be our client interface for understanding and taking note of client requirement
Preparing presentations and quotes for clients
Attend event meetings, take detailed notes, and communicate professionally with our customers and internal teams.
Track action items and deliverables on a weekly basis
**_Requirements & Skills: _**
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of professional experience ideally with an event management company
Hands on working experience on Microsoft Power Point / Excel and Word along with internet skills.
Prior experience working with virtual events, Hybrid event teams will be preferred
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
