VitalCheck Wellness is looking for a **Physiotherapist **to work part-time in a brand new outpatient clinic at a global wealth-management firm located in **Gurgaon.** This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working with a new model wellness clinic where you will have the ability to be part of the process.

VitalCheck Wellness is working with employers and local hospital systems to bring doctors to the workplace to offer higher-quality preventive care wellness checks. By providing primary care in the work place, we are able to make preventive care more convenient for the employee. With this model, employees can then be assisted in scheduling referrals and being provided follow-up care coordination.

Schedule: 9-hour shifts, 3 days/week

Start date: mid-August

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide physiotherapy services to patients which includes: assessment, treatment program planning and implementation, education, communication, and documentation
- Plan and administer prescribed PT treatment programs; restoring and maintaining function, relieving pain, and preventing disability following illness, disease, or injury.
- Focus on preventive care.

**Requirements**:

- Current Physical Therapy license in Haryana.
- Masters in physical therapy preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience.
- Certification in massage therapy preferred.
- Work injury/occupational health experience preferred.
- Preventive medicine oriented.
- Desire to be part of the change in our current healthcare system.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
