Andrology Technician

**Semen Analysis & Processing**:

- Conduct routine and advanced semen analysis (sperm count, motility, morphology, viability).
- Perform sperm preparation techniques for intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
- Utilize specialized laboratory equipment to assess sperm function and quality.
- **Cryopreservation & Storage**:

- Process and freeze sperm samples for future use.
- Maintain accurate records of cryopreserved samples.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of specimens in liquid nitrogen tanks.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain high-quality lab standards.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICMR, NABL, FDA, HFEA).
- Participate in quality assurance programs, equipment maintenance, and calibration.
- **Patient Interaction & Counseling**:

- Collect semen samples from patients following ethical and confidentiality protocols.
- Educate patients about sample collection procedures and storage options.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while handling patient queries.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Document all test results accurately in the laboratory information system (LIS).
- Assist in research studies related to male fertility.
- Generate reports and communicate findings to fertility specialists.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
