**Job Summary**:
As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our development team and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging design concepts. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with internship experience or up to one year of professional experience in web design to enhance their skills and contribute to exciting projects.

**Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with the development team and clients to understand project goals, target audience, and design requirements. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups to showcase visual concepts and user interfaces. - Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. - Conduct user research and implement user-centered design principles. - Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies in the web design industry. - Test website functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process. - Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related fields. - Up to one year of experience in web design, including internships. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability. - Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch. - Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual design.

**Salary and Benefits**: - Salary: Up to 20,000 INR per month, based on qualifications and experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
