**Job Title: Tele Sales Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and persuading them to purchase products or services over the phone. Your main objective will be to achieve sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits, addressing customer concerns, and closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation: Utilize various sources to identify and qualify potential leads for the sales pipeline.

2. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce products or services, explain features, and highlight benefits.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.

4. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner, building rapport and trust to enhance sales opportunities.

5. Objection Handling: Address customer objections or concerns effectively and provide appropriate solutions or information to overcome barriers to sale.

6. Sales Closure: Close sales deals by obtaining customer commitment and ensuring satisfaction with the purchase process.

7. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer queries, and provide additional information to facilitate the sales process.

8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software or other designated tools.

9. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales management team.

10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
