WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

Highly proficient active selling and designing

Room design basics and principles
Computer literacy and a good working knowledge of Autocad/Sketch up is a must
Establishing rapport and building trust with customers
Working both independently and as a part of the team
organizing work load and making efficient use of time
Work with a high sense of urgency
Resilience
Prior room designing experience is essential

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Tools methods & processes to plan and order
Understand how to work with sales figures and sales goals
Knowledge and understanding of key competitors in the local market
Knowledge of the IKEA product range and multi-channel service products
Interest in life at home
Ability to handle customer enquiries and problem solve
