**Sales and Marketing Executive**

This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role located in Nagpur. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients, developing, and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, preparing and presenting proposals, and securing contracts.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal. This includes conducting product presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives. Set and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and continuously improve performance.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up to date.

**Education and Work Experience**:

- Must have the right attitude and approach to work, learn and contribute positively to the team.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in technical sales and business development including experience of government e-Tendering process.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients.
- Ability to work independently and drive results, with a commitment to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

**Information**:

- Number of open positions: 1
- Working hours: Monday - Friday; 10am - 6:30pm
- Working location: On site at LaserQuant Technology, Opp. Hislop College, Civil Lines, Nagpur - 440 001

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
