**Job Description: Associate Dentist**

**Position**: Associate Dentist

**Location**: Bangalore

**Overview**:
**Experience**: 0-3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on developing skills and gaining hands-on practice in a professional dental environment.

**Working Hours**:

- 7 hours per day
- 6 days a week
- Flexibility in hours based on patient needs and clinic requirements

**Compensation and Bond**:

- **Salary**: INR 25,000+ per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- **Bond**: One-year commitment or a bond amount of INR 1,00,000.

**Qualifications**:

- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) qualification.
- Valid Dental Council registration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic dental care to patients.
- Perform routine dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings, with precision and care.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring comfort and clear communication throughout treatments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care, promoting long-term oral health.
- Manage and respond effectively to stressful situations, ensuring a calm and professional atmosphere in the clinic.
- Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow, prioritizing patient satisfaction.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Pass a pre-hiring test and interview (HR and professional rounds).
- Good communication and public relation skills.
- Must possess job knowledge relevant to the position.
- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
- Driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
