**Job Title: Administrator Executive**

Location: Mohali, India Office

Reporting to: Associate Director People Team

**Responsibilities**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali for an Administrative Executive. The Administrative Executive will be
- Responsible for coordinating and supporting daily operations.
- Manage events or meetings
- Handle scheduling, record-keepin,g and reporting
- Ensure the company complies with relevant laws and regulations
- Counsel students when needed
- Vendor Management, Vendor Negotiation
- Inventory Management
- Transport
- Housekeeping Management

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Admin
- Bachelor's degree Degree field; post-graduate degree is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solvingand conflictt-resolutionn skills
- Good judgment and decision-making aptitude

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
