**Job Title: ISM Executive inShipping Industries**

**Experience**: 5-7 years

**Salary**:35k - 45k (depend on Interview)

**Location**: Masjid Bandar, Mumbai

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday OFF)

**Working Hrs**:9.30 am to 6.30 pm

**Reports To**: DPA

**Key Responsibilities**

**ISM Executive**
- **Policy Development and Implementation**:

- Creating and updating comprehensive ISM safety policies and procedures aligned with international regulations.
- Ensuring proper communication and dissemination of safety policies throughout the company and onboard vessels.
- **Internal Auditing and Compliance**:

- Conducting regular internal audits of ship operations to assess compliance with ISM code requirements.
- Identifying non-compliance issues and implementing corrective actions to address safety concerns.
- Maintaining detailed audit reports documenting findings and corrective actions taken.
- **Crew Training and Awareness**:

- Developing and delivering training programs for crew members on ISM procedures, safety regulations, and emergency response protocols.
- Assessing crew competency related to safety practices and identifying areas for further training.
- **Incident Investigation and Reporting**:

- Investigating all maritime incidents and accidents onboard vessels to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Preparing comprehensive incident reports and submitting them to relevant authorities as required.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Monitoring safety performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement within the company's ISM system.
- Implementing proactive measures to enhance safety standards and mitigate risks.
- **Liaison with Regulatory Bodies**:

- Maintaining communication with relevant maritime authorities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Representing the company during inspections and audits conducted by regulatory bodies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
