**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Supervise all phases of AV projects, including pre-installation site assessments, equipment setup, integration, testing, and client handover.
- **Team Leadership**: Coordinate and manage AV technicians, subcontractors, and support staff on-site.
- **Technical Supervision**: Ensure proper setup and configuration of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, and network integration.
- **Client Coordination**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution; address concerns and ensure client expectations are met.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project progress, equipment inventory, and change orders.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct inspections and testing to ensure systems meet required standards and function reliably.
- **Scheduling & Budgeting**: Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- **Health & Safety**: Enforce compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards on job sites.
- **Training & Support**: Train clients and end-users on the use of installed AV systems and provide ongoing technical support when needed
- **Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Audio Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 1+ years in AV installation or project management, with leadership experience.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient with AV systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Dante, video conferencing systems), cabling standards, and system integration.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- **Other**: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by project demands.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
