Job description
- Counselling new and existing students.
- Reaching out to the potential students and regular follow-up
- Scheduling the coaching sessions, maintaining record and regular follow-up
- Updating the training and other records
- Managing day to day activities
- Proven work experience as a Training Counsellor, Facilitator or similar role (2 years plus)
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Adequate knowledge of sales and marketing
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skill
- Graduate in any stream
- Willing to work six days a week as per the coaching schedules
