EXPERIENCE 8-10 Years in Zinc Low pressure Die Cating production (Hot Chamber)

Job Responsibility

1 Responsible for Plan vs Actual

2 monthly/Daily Tool Loading Plan As per PPC Schedule

3 working Experience productivity Improvement projects

4 Responsible to Maintain OEE Targets

5 Responsible to control the Rejection as per targets with Red bin Analysis

6 Why-Why Analysis for Production,Machine,Tool losses with CFT

7 Production punching and control Gap within SAP vs Physical

8 Departmental KPI present to Management on Monthly Basis

9 Trainning and Motivating the Team

10 Maintain Min-Max Inventory controls

11 Kaizens on Productivity Improvements,safty,5S on monthly basis

12 Responsible for 5S,Traciability,safty in Department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
