Plan Labcar & HILS validation to support project as per timeline
- Software maturity and FROP tracking for validation
- To support in Reviewing DVPs.
- To support in Writing & updating Manual DVPs
- To Support in Writing & Updating automation DVPs
- Support in Performing Labcar build
- To Perform HIL configuration
- To support in Performing Functional & diagnostics validation on Labcar & HiLS systems.
- Investigation of failures during validation to identify the failure component, Issue tracking along with feature / CoC owner for closure.
- To Support CoCs in issue verification, issue reproducing, supplier verification etc.
- To support Development of scripts and POCs required for Validation / Productivity improvement.
- To Support for maintaining/achieving 5S, productivity improvement etc.
- To support in Updating the Lessons Learnt.
- To support Ideas generation for validation productivity / Quality improvement etc.

**Skills & Knowledge of**:

- Good understanding Automotive E&E systems, Electric Circuits, ECU, Sensors and Harness
- Good ability handling E&E measuring instruments and good knowledge of validation/simulation tools like CANOe, CANalyser, Indigo, INCA Matlab modelling
- Plant model development and configuration
- Hands on working on HILS system, Configuration, Test Execution, Test Automation
- Knowledge on scripting languages like CAPL, Python etc..
- Good understanding of feature realisation and requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of SLDC & Validation methods
- Must have :Automotive electrical knowledge
- Skills
