
Inside Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Research and build a strong database of prospects within the target market or industry.
**Sales and Customer Engagement**:
- Promote and sell the company’s products or services to prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct online product demonstrations or presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the offering.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas within a specified time frame.
**Pipeline Management**:
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Track interactions with prospects and update records with detailed call notes, follow-up schedules, and outcomes.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing customers.
**Collaboration and Reporting**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and strategies for lead generation.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to hand off qualified leads for further nurturing or closing.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue achieved.
**Customer Support and Problem-Solving**:
- Address customer inquiries or objections with relevant product or service information.
- Provide recommendations or solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth onboarding process post-sale.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
