Fish Do It Consultants is looking to hire a skilled 3ds max professional who can create and deliver high-quality 3D models for architectural Interiors, Exteriors, and products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create 3d modeling, texturing, lighting and rendering, in multiple 3d softwares, render, effects, 3D plugins and manage digital assets
- Interpret concept art and sketches to create virtual environments (architectural interiors and exteriors) and products (furniture products and props)
- Search and collate reference images for concepts as per project requirements
- Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions and other technical constraints
- Prototype and iterate on models based on feedback from team members and digest feedback in a constructive manner.
- Create textures and UV maps
- Optimize, refine and correct model geometry
- Should be able to do seamless work with Project managers / Production Co-ordinators to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Proficiency in Lighting is an added advantage.
- Ability to receive, an effective team collaborator, and who has good experience in most aspects (if not all) of CGI.

**Required Skills**:

- Primarily proficient in software like 3DS Max, Blender, Sketchup, Adobe Dimension and rendering engines like Vray, Arnold, Corona, etc.
- Knowledge of Maya, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Substance painter, Substance Designer is a plus
- Should possess strong aesthetic sense for composition, proportion, mass, volume and understanding of how objects and architecture are built in the real world
- Should be able to imagine and develop spaces using reference images
- Efficient working knowledge in all skillsets like Modeling, shading texturing and Lighting.
- Clear understanding of Model shapes, Shaders, Materials, Textures, Cameras Angles and Lighting in multiple softwares and plugins.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in English language
