- In this role, you will be responsible to Work closely with and within Property & Casualty Insurance Finance operations management team._
- Responsibilities_
- _Validation of intake requests received from the Customer’s global team via Healthsource (Customer’s platform system) based on the knowledge and training provided._
- _Escalation of cases to appropriate resolution groups within the organization as defined by the escalation matrix which will be mutually defined between Datavant and Genpact LLC (Supplier)._
- _Download Medical Records & Information from the respective Electronic Medical Records System as per the end-customer’s request received via Healthsource._
- _Uploading Medical Records retrieved from the Electronic Medical Records system to Healthsource (Datavant’s platform system)._
- _Quality Check the medical records uploaded to ensure accurate medical records retrieval as per knowledge and training provided._
- _Reporting on defined SLAs and quality adherence as well as general metrics necessary for the proper functioning and continuous improvement of the release of information process as agreed between Datavant and Supplier._

- _Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word knowledge_
- _Ability to act on own initiative_
- _Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility_
- _Ability to handle high volumes of workloads and to reach targets and target on a timely basis_
- _Innovative and always looking for continuous improvement in order to develop succession plan for staff_
- _Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (in English)_
- _Exercises good judgement on day to day business problems and provides recommendations for solving course correction_
