Staad.pro Trainer

**Skills Knowledge**
- Strong command over **STAAD.Pro software** (latest versions).
- Knowledge of **structural analysis and design principles**.
- Ability to model, analyze, and design:

- Steel structures (buildings, trusses, towers, industrial sheds, etc.)
- RCC structures (buildings, bridges, foundations, etc.)
- Composite and special structures.
- Proficiency in **loading standards** (dead, live, wind, seismic, snow, temperature).
- Familiarity with **international design codes** (IS, AISC, ACI, BS, Eurocode, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in **RC design, steel design, foundation design, RAM and dynamic analysis**.
- Knowledge of **connections with other BIM tools** (Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD, etc.).

**Communication skills**:

- Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and advanced learners.
- Good presentation and communication skills (English and/or local language).
- Experience in preparing **training modules, course materials, and case studies**.
- Skill in demonstrating **real-world project workflows** using STAAD.Pro.
- Ability to solve participants’ queries live and guide them step-by-step.
