**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Welding**: Perform various types of welding (MIG, TIG, ARC, etc.) to assemble and repair metal structures and equipment.
- **Fitting**: Measure, cut, and fit metal parts accurately according to blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
- **Fabrication**: Build and assemble metal structures, ensuring they meet quality and design standards.
- Operate and maintain welding and fabrication equipment, including grinders, cutters, and drills.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in welding or fabrication from a recognized institution is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in welding, fitting, and fabrication.
- Proficiency in working with various materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Skilled in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good understanding of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Prior experience in industrial or heavy fabrication projects.
- Knowledge of modern welding technologies and techniques.
