**Role title : PSH Investigator**

**Band : B2/B3**

**Role Purpose**
- The purpose of the role is to _conduct thorough and impartial investigations into alleged workplace sexual harassment complaints, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal guidelines, while maintaining confidentiality and providing support to complainants throughout the process_drive awareness for POSH, effectively work towards a Safe work environment, execute the initiatives for awareness and compliances to drive end to end execution of POSH process centrally._

Roles & Responsibilities:
**Responsibility**:

- Conduct POSH enquiry following POSH procedure basis complaints received on SH
- Engage all relevant stakeholder basis merit of concern and investigation scope
- Acknowledge and hear all issues and concerns without prejudice and bias
- Know Wipro’s COBC, PSHC Policy and other Policies.
- Recommend process improvements or policy changes.
- Recommend remedial/mitigating actions in line with Disciplinary Handbook
- Conclude concerns within a stipulated timeframe
- Conduct awareness sessions amongst employees and other stakeholders
- Respond to audit or legal queries.

**Posh Procedure**:

- Regularly undertake and drive Awareness sessions, e-learning drive, Assessment completion
- Drive POSH awareness events
- Facilitate sessions centrally
- Weekly Dashboards and Analysis
- Handle escalations effectively and bring them to a satisfactory closure

**Support**
- Compliance Audit Report
- Audit Report
- Create QTR/ Monthly report

Qualifications:
**Qualification**
- Full time Post-Graduate from an premier institute.
- Excellent business partnering skills, ability to persuade and influence business leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and high pace of working.
- Proficient at anticipating challenges and recommending solutions
- Interpersonal sensitivity, team player.
