**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. To check students attendance of bus on daily basis.

2. Proper documentation of students attendance with signature of staff who prepared it, and bus In charge must be there in attendance record file.

3. To check the working of Camera weekly, if not working to be reported on the same day.

4. To maintain the buses(Breakdown/precautionary measures/documentation), to ensure that all the parts of buses are working properly on daily basis & record to be maintained in a file.

5. Planning & allocation of bus route.

6. To maintain the bus schedule.

7. Managing the manpower.

8. If any complaint arises try to resolve it at your end, if not possible convey it to Principal Madam with evidence. So that action fair action could be taken.

1. Must be graduate with at least 4 years of experience in handling transport department of any organisation, preferably school..

- Morning shift
