**Position-Back Office Executive**

**Location
- Head Office Panchpakadi, Thane west**

Male/ Female with good comm skills and computer knowledge

Exp
- 2 yrs in real estate segment.

**Salary
- Rs 18k to 20k max 22k**

JD

1) Preparing Sale Agreements/Bonds/Deed of Cancellation/Deed of Rectification /filling forms of Change

of Name, Tele Verification for customers, booking confirmation.

2) Follow ups with customers for SDR amount & registration process, Follow ups with customers for

Original Agreement Handover.

3) Preparing Demand Letter, Payment Reminder Letters, Payment Reminder Notice with Interest Letters,

Final Payment Notice and Legal Notice for Payment Defaulter Customers, Doing Data Entry and paying

Stamp Duty, DHC, etc.

4) Worked under Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP, Far Vision.

5) Attending customers face to face and answering their all queries related to construction progress,

possession, Handling incoming and outgoing calls and responding to queries, maintaining inward and

doing follow up to customers for receipts, Preparing Cheques and vouchers.

**Salary**: ₹12,724.72 - ₹18,286.34 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
