Medical Officer

Must hold BAMS degree with Registration and Minimum Two years of Critical Care experience in a good hospital.

**Salary**: Negotiable depending upon Experience and knowledge
- **Capable to handle Cardiac emergencies/ CCU/ ICU independently**_
- Assess patients' conditions and provide diagnoses
- capable of doing minor ICU Procedures like RT /Folleys Insertion, Intubation, BI-PAP, C-PAP/ Ventilator handling, Centre line / Femoral cath insertion, Ascitic tapping etc.
- Provide immediate care for patients with injuries or illnesses
- Administer medications and treatments
- Manage patient care and follow up with patients
- Create and update patient records
- Provide patient and family education

Collaboration
- Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Coordinate with nursing staff and specialists
- Participate in shift handover meetings

Research
- Conduct medical research
- Analyze potential gaps in healthcare and make recommendations for improvement

Leadership Lead a team, Manage research, Oversee a facility, and Manage people and resolve conflicts. Communication
- Communicate with patients and their families about treatment plans and medical conditions and able to counsel admissions, poor prognosis etc
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals

Attention to detail
- Pay close attention to detail when dealing with patient histories, drug doses, and patient care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- ICU/ER/CARDIOLOGY: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- MEDICAL COUNCIL REGISTRATION HP GOVT (preferred)
