Job Description: Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Scheduling:
Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Create and schedule posts, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Design graphics or coordinate with designers to produce visual content that aligns with the brand's aesthetic.

2. Community Management:
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and friendly manner.

Engage with followers and users to foster community and increase engagement rates.

3. Campaign Management:
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns that support marketing and business goals.

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies.

4. Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions) for social media channels.

Prepare reports on social media activities and provide insights for improvement.

5. Social Listening & Trend Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and trending topics to create relevant and timely content.

Stay updated on platform updates and emerging social media tools.

6. Collaboration:
Coordinate with content creators, influencers, and third-party vendors to support social media campaigns.

Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, PR, and design, to ensure content aligns with business objectives.

7. Paid Advertising:
Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific goals, such as lead generation, brand awareness, or product sales.

8. Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure all content complies with platform guidelines and adheres to copyright and data privacy regulations.

Follow best practices for posting, hashtag usage, and platform-specific content.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how each platform can be used effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity and a keen eye for design and detail.

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and prepare reports.

Knowledge of paid social advertising and budget management.

Preferred Qualities:
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Ability to adapt to new trends and technologies.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
