**Job Title: Corporate Pharmacist**

**Job Summary**: As a corporate pharmacist, you will be pivotal in ensuring pharmaceutical compliance, providing clinical expertise, and supporting product development within our organization. **Salary: 15**_**,000 To 20,000 CTC**_

**Responsibilities**:

- **Regulatory Compliance**: Monitor and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
- **Clinical Oversight**: Provide expert clinical guidance on medication management and patient care protocols.
- **Product Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess market needs, evaluate new products, and contribute to strategic planning.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review and approve promotional materials and educational resources to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- **Client Handling**: Interact with clients, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- **Alternative Medicine**: Provide knowledge and guidance on alternative medicine approaches where relevant and appropriate.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct training programs on pharmaceutical practices, regulatory updates, and alternative medicine for employees.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze pharmaceutical data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) or B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
- **Licensure**: Valid pharmacist license.
- **Experience**: Minimum of two years of experience in a corporate pharmacy setting or related field.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and proficiency in pharmaceutical regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in pharmacotherapy or related specialty area.
- Experience in pharmaceutical product development or regulatory affairs.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work primarily in a corporate office environment.
- Regular business hours with occasional travel as needed.
