**Position Overview**:
E3 Hardware is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our team in Punjab. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of hardware products across the region. This role requires a passionate individual who has a good understanding of the hardware industry and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify, target, and engage potential customers in the Punjab region, including retailers, distributors, contractors, and builders.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to develop sales strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate a deep understanding of E3 Hardware’s product line and be able to clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management through focused efforts in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market conditions to management.
- **Marketing & Promotions**: Work with the marketing team to develop sales promotion campaigns, trade shows, and events to increase brand awareness in the region.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent post-sale support.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hardware or building materials industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Punjab market and local customer base.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
- **Language**: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is required.
