**Responsibilities**
- **Create Engaging Animations**: Develop visually appealing compositions and animations for reel videos, paid marketing campaigns, character animations, product showcases, showreels and other creative projects.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketers to deliver animations aligned with project goals and brand identity.
- **Software Expertise**: Utilize Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to execute projects efficiently.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with industry trends and bring innovative animation styles and techniques to projects.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year of professional experience as a motion designer or in a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe After Effects**, **Photoshop**, and **Illustrator**.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
- Ability to design compelling compositions and layouts.
- Eye for detail, color theory, and typography.
- Basic understanding marketing and social media.
- **Creativity**: A portfolio showcasing a variety of animation projects, including reel videos, character animations, and marketing campaigns.
- **Team Player**: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Bonus Points**:

- Knowledge of 3D animation tools like Blender or CGI.
- Experience with sound design or video editing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
