**Job Title**: STEM Robotics Trainer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct hands-on STEM and robotics sessions for students.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Guide students in building and programming robotics projects using platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Develop lesson plans, activities, and projects to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated on emerging STEM technologies and teaching methodologies.
- Coordinate with schools and institutions to manage schedules and logistics.
- Act as a mentor and encourage students to participate in competitions, events, and exhibitions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in robotics platforms (e.g., Arduino, LEGO, Raspberry Pi, or similar).
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, C++, or Scratch.
- **Excellent communication skills (communication is a must).**:

- Creativity, patience, and the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Willingness to travel to schools or institutions.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in STEM education or robotics training is preferable.
- Familiarity with tools and software used in STEM labs.
- Ability to handle students
- Classroom Management
