**Position: Academic Counselor Intern**

**location: delhi**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Guidance:.**

Provide comprehensive information about Coding Blocks' courses, curriculum, and learning paths to prospective students.

**Counseling Sessions**:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' goals, interests, and learning preferences, and assist them in making informed decisions about the courses that best align with their aspirations.

**Admissions Support**:
**Relationship Management**:.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring a positive experience throughout their association with Coding Blocks.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students to understand their experience and areas of improvement, and communicate this feedback to the relevant departments.

**Batch Coordination**:
Work closely with batch coordinators to ensure smooth communication and coordination regarding class schedules, assignments, and other academic matters.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Technical background or relevant experience in counseling is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for education and a strong desire to help students achieve their learning goals.

Familiarity with coding and programming concepts (prior coding experience is a plus).

Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Job Type**: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
