**Job brief**

We are looking for a competitive Field sales officer to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson would be responsible for enhancing our presence in the assigned territory through new Franchisee Appointments and end to end handover of the partner stores.

**Responsibilities**
- “Get the client” using various customer sales methods (cold calling, presentations etc).
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Coordinating with cross functional teams to hand-hold the partner until inauguration.
- Proactively identifying new leads and converting them through high quality sales pitches.
- Report and provide feedback to management based on on ground experience and evaluation.
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- 0-2 years of experience in field sales.
- Must be an enthusiastic with a flair for sales of products.
- Ability to effectively work with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
