As a computer operator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring computer systems to ensure they are running smoothly. As a work from home position, you will work in a virtual environment alongside our team and clients globally. **Responsibilities**:

- Monitor computer systems and ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise with computer systems.
- Schedule and perform routine maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to computer systems and network operations.
- Provide support to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage passwords and security permissions for computer systems and networks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Operating Systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, Unix, macOS).
- Good understanding of networking protocols, TCP/IP, and routing.
- Familiarity working with remote access tools and virtual machines.
