**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **topographic and boundary surveys** for the site using **total station**, GPS, and other surveying equipment.
- Prepare and interpret survey reports, site plans, legal descriptions, and drawings.
- Mark out site boundaries, building footprints, and utilities for bungalow plots.
- Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical control points.
- Ensure all layout work conforms to architectural and engineering plans.
- Perform as-built surveys for completed phases and update records.
- Coordinate with civil engineers and contractors during grading, excavation, and foundation stages.
- Maintain detailed records of all field data, measurements, and calculations.
- Verify plot dimensions and elevations to avoid deviations or disputes.
- Ensure compliance with **local zoning laws**, **land-use regulations**, and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI or Diploma or Degree in **Surveying**, **Geomatics**, or Civil Engineering (with Surveying experience).
- Minimum **2-4 years** of experience in land surveying, preferably in residential or bungalow projects.
- Proficient in using **Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and surveying software** like Civil 3D or GIS.
- Strong understanding of **site grading, plot demarcation, and layout** practices.
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and legal maps.
- Physical fitness for fieldwork and ability to work in varying site conditions.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **horizontal township or bungalow schemes**.
- Knowledge of **local municipal approvals and plot registration procedures**.
- Basic understanding of **drainage, road, and utility layouts**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
