**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Manage incoming calls
- Manage customer queries on day-to-basis
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and resolve their queries
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good computer Skills (Including MS-Office)
- Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer
- Issue in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
