**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic accounting entries and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, with a focus on customer-related entries.
- Prepare and post debit and credit notes with detailed narrations.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and reconcile their accounts as per agreed schedules.
- Match payments with corresponding invoice numbers using accounting tools.
- Participate in or manage function-specific projects as needed.

**Eligibility**:

- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) and/or completed (IPCC/Intermediate).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools.
