**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with loading and unloading event materials (decor, furniture, equipment).
- Help in setting up event venues, including tents, stages, chairs, tables, signage, and other structures.
- Support the decoration and arrangement as per the event theme or layout.
- Help with on-site logistics during events (crowd control, managing entry/exit, helping guests, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the venue before, during, and after the event.
- Assist vendors, staff, and performers as needed.
- Ensure safety protocols and company standards are followed at all times.
- Perform other general tasks as assigned by the event coordinator or supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in event setup or similar labor work is a plus (not mandatory).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Good communication and a helpful attitude.
- Punctual and reliable.

**Work Conditions**:

- Outdoor and indoor work depending on the event.
- May involve long hours of standing or physical activity.
- Event timings may vary - work on weekends and late nights expected.
