**LAB CHEMIST**

**Location - Boisar, Dist Palghar**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Formulation Development: Research, design, and develop new synthetic resin formulations tailored to the specific needs of printing ink, adhesive, and construction chemical companies.
- Quality Control: Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished resin products to ensure adherence to quality standards and product specifications.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring consistent product quality and cost efficiency.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve any technical issues related to product performance or production processes to maintain smooth operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant industry regulations and ensure that all products and processes comply with environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of laboratory experiments, test results, and formulations to support research and development efforts.
- Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in synthetic resin technology and related industries to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- **B. Sc. Chemistry Fresher also can apply.**
- Strong understanding of resin chemistry, polymerization processes, and various testing methods.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and analytical tools for material characterization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
