**ROUND 1-ONLINE WRITTEN TEST**

**Guidelines for Delivering the Training Demo-**

1. Prepare a professional corporate power point presentation on any one topic of Personality Development out of the topics mentioned on the previous page.

2. Also prepare any one topic of grammar from the topics mentioned on the previous page to be delivered either through a power point presentation or a whiteboard discussion.

3. Adhere to a formal dress code.

5. Deliver an interactive session.

6. Ensure that the demo session prepared is of maximum 15 minutes and minimum 10 minutes for each topic.

7. It is mandatory to deliver the presentation from your laptop and carry one for your sessions during your tenure at DCPD, if selected.
