**Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment Planning**:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Create and maintain job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
- **Sourcing and Attraction**:
- Implement creative and effective strategies for talent acquisition.
- **Interview Coordination**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of interview processes.
- Administer assessments or tests when required.
- **Employer Branding**:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand.
- Participate in career fairs, industry events, and networking activities.
- **Offer Negotiation and Onboarding**:
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- **Data Management**:
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
