Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Two Wheeler Insurance Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our two wheeler insurance products and services. Your goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and contribute to the overall sales targets of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calling:

- Make outbound calls to leads generated through various sources such as databases, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Introduce our two wheeler insurance products and services to potential customers.
- Clearly communicate key features, benefits, and pricing information to prospects.
- Lead Generation:

- Identify and qualify potential leads based on their insurance needs and requirements.
- Gather relevant information about the prospect's current insurance coverage and renewal dates.
- Capture lead details accurately in the CRM system for further follow-up and tracking.
- Appointment Setting:

- Schedule appointments for field sales representatives to meet with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and attendance at scheduled appointments.
- Provide prospects with necessary information and materials to prepare them for meetings.
- Customer Service:

- Address inquiries and concerns from prospective customers regarding our insurance products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Assist customers in completing necessary documentation and forms for insurance purchase.
- Sales Support:

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
- Track and report key performance metrics such as call conversion rates and lead quality.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements to optimize performance.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage with customers over the phone.
- Good understanding of insurance products and services, particularly two wheeler insurance.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
