Language Proficiency:

- Fluency in **Hindi**, **English**, and **all major South Indian languages**(Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam) is required.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a Diploma in Automobile Engineering
- Minimum **2+ years of experience**in the mechanical or automobile industry, with a strong focus on **technical processes**

Key Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of the **automobile industry**
- Hands-on experience in **mechanical**and **automobile technical domains**
- Experience with **vehicle systems**, including **wiring harnesses**, **electrical components**, and

diagnostic troubleshooting
- Strong capabilities in **troubleshooting**and providing **remote technical support**to service advisors

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle **inbound queries**from dealers and provide **Level 1 (L1)**support for technical issues, with the ability to assist on **Level 2 (L2)**concerns when needed
- Perform **daily follow-ups**on open/pending issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Make **outbound calls**, if necessary, to confirm **issue closure**and gather **Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)**feedback
- Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and pending actions in the designated tracking system
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure smooth workflow across departments
