- Engage closely with teams and architects as QA governance to verify user story/epic acceptance criteria and test cases provide thorough positive and negative testing throughout the development lifecycle.
- Basic exposure to HTML/SSJS/CSS
- Integration Testing Exposure
- Data Segmentation
- Automations Testing
- Journey Testing
- Test Scenarios/Test Cases/Test Data Preparation
- STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
- Bug Life Cycle
- Excel working in a fast-paced agile/scrum environment

**Personal Skills**:

- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ambition to tackle challenging issues.
- Looks toward the broadest possible view of an issue/ challenge; can easily pose future scenarios
- Negotiates skillfully in tough situations with internal and external groups; can be both direct and diplomatic.
