We are seeking a Business Analyst to assist in the rollout of our product to clients. In this role, you will be responsible for customer requirements analysis, software implementation, training, and user documentation. As we constantly improve our product, you will play a key role in translating customer requirements into new solutions and capabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn Expand smERP
- ERP implementation
- Giving detailed demonstration of the product to the prospects
- Preparing statement of work documentation
- Prepare user workflow diagram
- Assisting in data migration
- Updating project sheet/ data sheet/ MOM
- Creating tickets for development for customization and project mapping
- Quality testing
- User training and delivery
- Hyper support
- Managing change request
- Project handover to support team
- Organizing project meeting with all stake holder of the project

**Qualifications**:
MCom or MBA (Finance) or any other equivalent domain

**Desired Competencies**:
Good Writing and Spoken English Communication Skills

Very Good at using excel, spreadsheets, power point presentation and word

Good understanding of basic accounting and taxation.
