**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain order and discipline in the classroom.
- Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Monitor attendance and punctuality of students.

2. **Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between teachers, students, and parents.
- Relay important information, announcements, and updates to all relevant parties.
- Address concerns or issues raised by students or parents and escalate them when necessary.

3. **Scheduling**:

- Coordinate class schedules, including lessons, exams, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure that the class follows the established curriculum and timetable.

4. **Resource Management**:

- Manage and distribute learning materials, textbooks, and supplies.
- Assist in the procurement of necessary classroom resources.

5. **Student Support**:

- Provide academic and emotional support to students as needed.
- Identify students who may require additional assistance and communicate with teachers and counselors.

6. **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant data.
- Prepare and distribute report cards and progress reports.

7. **Events and Activities**:

- Coordinate and assist in organizing class events, field trips, and other extracurricular activities.
- Ensure that students are aware of and participate in school events.

8. **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assist teachers in conducting assessments and evaluations of students.
- Compile and analyze data to track student progress.

9. **Conflict Resolution**:

- Mediate and resolve conflicts between students when necessary.
- Report more significant issues to school administrators.

10.**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on educational trends and best practices.
- Participate in training and workshops to improve coordination skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Patience and the ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with educational software and tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in education or a related role is advantageous.
