**Job Description**:
BNET Insurance Brokers Pvt Limited, a leading insurance broker based in Bangalore, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry, specifically focusing on B2B sales and marketing activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calling to potential clients and prospects to generate leads and set up meetings.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote company services and offerings.
- Support the sales team in creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
- Participate in client visits and meetings to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Travel within India for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.
- Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Enthusiasm for sales and marketing, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within India for business purposes.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing roles is preferred but not required.

Note: This internship does not offer salary compensation. Travel expenses within India for business purposes will be covered by the company.
